Our Company Profile

Introduction

Ready Fuels were founded in 2021 emits the local Covid epidemic. We are an independent Level 2 BBEEE fuel wholesaler based in Cape Town, which is 52 % (percent) black owned. We supply and deliver all petroleum products such as diesel, petrol, and aviation fuels. Ready Fuels is duly registered with the Department of Minerals and Energy holding a wholesale license in terms of the Petroleum Products Act 1977 (Act No 120 of 1977) under License Number W/2021/0671. To ensure security of fuel supply and reliable delivery even under very challenging circumstances, Ready Fuels enjoys well established business relationships with several strategic partners that play a pivotal role in the fuel value chain.

Meet the Team

Jeanene Blackbeard (Shareholder & Director)

She has a vast experience working in the fuel sales and logistical environment in South Africa. Starting at World Marine Offshore & Bunker supplies, a bulk fuel bunkering company based in the Western Cape, in 2014. The department expanded rapidly due to the various skills she applied to this position like analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills, just to name a few. Over time within the group, she excelled in her position and were given the opportunity to extend her knowledge in sales and logistics cross border into Africa.

Mcebisi Maguga (Shareholder)

He is an attorney specializing in Petrochemicals. He worked for the Petroleum Oil and Gas Corporation of South Africa (“PetroSA”) advising the upstream and trading and supply division of PetroSA. He gained extensive experience in the wholesale sphere of the Petroleum Product i.e. diesel, petrol, Illuminating paraffin, lubricants etc. He was also involved in the project of facilitating the entry of previously Historical Disadvantaged Individuals (“HDI”) in the wholesaling market in South Africa brokering the relationship between the previously HDI’s and the traditionally advantaged companies. After PetroSA he got involved in the wholesale business working on projects that involved importing petroleum products, wholesaling petroleum products in the country, exporting to neighboring countries and bunkering. He continues to participate in the wholesale business at Ready Fuels Proprietary Limited.

Nombulelo Agatha Ntulini (Sales Executive)

Nombulelo Agatha Ntulini joins Ready Fuels with over seven years’ experience in fuel sales support, logistics coordination, and operational administration within the petroleum and energy sector. She has held roles across companies such as World Marine Energy, WP Eco Energy, Mulemba Distributors, and AB Shipping & Services, where she was responsible for client engagement, quoting, procurement, and coordinating fuel supply logistics, including cross-border operations. Nombulelo has extensive experience in managing depot stock, import and export documentation, and working closely with clearing agents to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Her background also includes involvement in bunker trading, tender processes, and supplier coordination with oil majors. In addition to her sales and logistics expertise, she brings strong operational and compliance experience, including OHS, labour compliance, and administrative management. She holds a B.Tech Degree in Public Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Her combined experience in sales, logistics, and compliance strengthens Ready Fuels’ ability to deliver efficient, reliable, and professional fuel supply solutions.
